Had an issue with a Merlin oil boiler and more specifically the fixing flange from the oil burner (Nuway) to the boiler. The correct part for the burner didn't match up to what was on the boiler and after trying to work out why Jason was a great help in shedding light as to the reason why the part was modified. He's efforts quickly help establish why this wasn't an 'off the shelf' part kind of fix. His expertise and service to go the extra mile was very much appreciated and ensured our boiler was back up and running alot sooner than it otherwise would have been, relying purely on the heating engineers. We have a young son in the household (15mths) so getting it fixed as soon as possible was paramount.
